The Story Behind This Space

I built this space because

I once needed it too

There was a time when I myself was feeling lost, disconnected from life, no meaning, no purpose. And I kept trying to fill this void by reading more, doing more, fixing more. And honestly it was very exhausting. I desperately started looking around for support as I could not handle it alone anymore.

My healing journey finally took me to a space where I finally felt heard, seen and understood with safety, compassion, understanding and most importantly, there were no judgements. In that moment I told myself: This is GRACE.

And once I experienced my healing journey shifting from surviving to thriving, I wanted to share this gentle transformative methodology with others who may be struggling alone currently and may be feeling tired and exhausted from all the pushing, fixing and forcing themselves to change. 

My work blends Belief Coaching, Yoga Psychotherapy, Somatic Awareness, and Reflective Healing Conversations to move from a space of confusion, overwhelm, and emotional pain into clarity, calm, and aligned action. The process is intuitive yet structured, allowing transformation to feel both safe and lasting.
The Approach

Belief Coaching

Most of the discomfort we feel doesn't come from our circumstances. It comes from the stories we silently tell ourselves. Belief coaching helps you notice the stories quietly running your life, and gently choose a new one to write instead.

Yoga Psychotherapy

Yoga is not just movement. It's a way of understanding yourself. As a yoga psychotherapist, I work with whatever is making you feel unsettled, disconnected, or unlike yourself.

Yoga Therapy to work with diseases through yogic principles of healthy living by managing our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Somatic Awareness

The body holds what the mind hasn't yet found words for. We work gently with what yours is carrying, so you can feel calmer, steadier, and more like yourself.
Note: Yoga Therapy is a complementary therapy and not a replacement for prescribed medical treatment.
